ASLI appoints Rajagopal G as Chairman for 2026–2028 term – Media Brief
The Association of Senior Living India (ASLI), a national organisation representing the senior living and care sector, has appointed Rajagopal G as its Chairman for the 2026–2028 term. He succeeds Rajit Mehta, who previously led the organisation’s industry engagement and advocacy efforts.
Rajagopal brings over three decades of professional experience and currently serves as Co-founder, Director, and Group CEO of Lifebridge Group. The organisation operates across senior living, geriatric care, and preventive health services through its platforms — Serene Communities, KITES Senior Care, and Seniorshield — supporting senior citizens in multiple cities across India.
Rajagopal, said, “I am honoured to take on this role at ASLI. Our focus will be on working with government bodies and industry stakeholders to strengthen care standards, encourage wider insurance participation, and support initiatives that improve access to services for senior citizens.”
His appointment comes as India’s senior living sector continues to evolve, with increasing attention on geriatric care services and policy discussions related to the country’s growing elderly population.
