DAN BATY,CHAIRMAN EMERITUS With over 45 years of experience in healthcare, Dan Baty is the pioneer of senior care around the world. After completing his B.S. from the University of Washington and J.D. from Harvard Law School, he served as chairman in some of the most prestigious companies. And his vision set the tone for senior living around the world. BRANDON BATY,PRESIDENT A University of Washington alumnus, Brandon Baty earned a B.S. degree and joined our chairman in his endeavours. Now, he heads the day-to-day management of business affairs and serves on the boards of several of CPM’s international healthcare affiliates. ANDY BAKER,CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER With a Bachelor and a Masters in Accounting, Andy Baker graduated from the University of Washington. And went on to work with some of the world’s largest private equity firms. At present, he manages all financial matters of the company and overseas financial concerns for our affiliates NATE MCLEMORE,MANAGING DIRECTOR, INTERNATIONAL HEALTHCARE Nate McLemore, B.A., Willamette College & M.B.A, UC Berkeley Haas School, has been responsible for our international healthcare funds for over 7 years and has experience in both small and multinational corporations. MATT POWELL,INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR With a B.S. degree from the University of Washington, Matt Powell manages CPM’s healthcare development projects in South East Asia and India. Alongside, he provides consulting services for CPM in China, Africa and other parts of the world. BRAD WILLIAMS,VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCE A University of Washington alumnus, Brad Williams graduated and majored in science. He manages the finance functions of CPM’s international healthcare strategies.
