Serene Communities, Gardencity Realty to jointly develop senior living project in Bengaluru
Serene Communities and Gardencity Realty are developing a premium senior living community in Budigere, east Bengaluru. This project, with a GDV of ₹300 crore, is part of Serene Communities’ national expansion, which includes 11 new projects and a ₹2,500 crore investment. The Budigere community will offer 250 residences and focus on positive ageing principles.
